Class one of a three-session series focusing on blending botanicals into tasty tonics. 

The original root beers were more than just tasty beverages, they were delivery systems for powerful herbs that support digestion and general health. This class reviews the history and medicinal uses of root beers, and we’ll make our own non-alcoholic brews using updated recipes.

About the presenter

Glen Nagel ND, RH (AHG)

Dr. Glen Nagel has spent 25 years studying medicinal and edible plants. He is a naturopathic physician and master herbal mixologist, focusing on the creative flavor combinations and the healing properties of his medicinally inspired drinks and creations. His goal is to make herbal medicine tasty, fun and part of your everyday life.
