THIS CLASS HAS SOLD OUT.
Join the Traditional Roots Institute and herbalist Nome McBride for the second event in our ongoing Hands-On Medicine Evenings (HOME) series!
We’ll use herbs and other kitchen staples to make a healthy, great-tasting, full-spectrum vitamin syrup. Nome will guide us in the art of extracting and concentrating minerals, vitamins and powerful adaptive compounds from some of his favorite nutritional herbs. These techniques will inspire you to create your own personalized formulas, while experiencing the richness held deep within the plants. This lab-based class will include practical information and anecdotes. Bring your own 8-ounce jar to take some of our blend home with you. Class size is limited and early registration is encouraged.
3.0 general CEUs approved by OBNM.
