Using the Min Zidell Healing Garden as a laboratory, we will spend two summer hours walking and talking about herbs that are useful in stress and anxiety. We will discuss the clinical indications and use for adaptogenic herbs and nervines. Herbs include valerian, lemon balm, St. John’s Wort, lavender, holy basil, passionflower, Schisandra and wood betony.
