Class two of a four-session series focusing on blending botanicals into tasty tonics.
Bitter herbs have a long history of being used as a stimulating digestive aid. In this class we will focus on the rebirth of bitters, and work to create several delicious modern bitters using both alcohol and vinegar.
3.0 hours of general CEUs approved by OBNM.
About the presenter

Dr. Glen Nagel has spent 25 years studying medicinal and edible plants. He is a naturopathic physician and master herbal mixologist, focusing on the creative flavor combinations and the healing properties of his medicinally inspired drinks and creations. His goal is to make herbal medicine tasty, fun and part of your everyday life.
