Join the Traditional Roots Institute and herbalist Mel Mutterspaugh for a Hands-On Medicine Evenings (HOME) class. Herbal teas are a simple and tasty way to deliver medicine to promote long-term wellness. We will review the medicinal uses of several readily available herbs, discuss tea as a delivery mechanism and cover blending strategies to make tasty teas. Participants will get to both make and sample a variety of blends, and will leave with recipes and tea samples. Class size is limited and early registration is encouraged.

About the presenter:
Mel Mutterspaugh is an herbalist, outdoorswoman, entrepreneur and mother. She runs the Green Canyon Apothecary in Welches, Oregon and Mountain Mel’s Essential Goods.
