Class three of a four-session series focusing on blending botanicals into tasty tonics.
Cordials are a tasty combination of sweet and alcoholic, a blend of classic tonic herbs for wellness. They are traditionally combined with brandy to create a warming, and relaxing tonic. The class includes lecture and hands-on components, and participants will leave with samples and recipes to take home.

About the presenter
Dr. Glen Nagel has spent 25 years studying medicinal and edible plants. He is a naturopathic physician and master herbal mixologist, focusing on the creative flavor combinations and the healing properties of his medicinally inspired drinks and creations. His goal is to make herbal medicine tasty, fun and part of your everyday life.
